For drivers helping the community with testing trips, your safety and wellbeing is our top priority. To help you and the community stay safe:

All DiDi driver-partners can see the trip destination before accepting. You have the choice to accept a trip to the clinic or decline it without affecting your DiDi Advance metrics

We have informed DiDi riders going to a COVID-19 drive-through clinic to contact their driver through theDiDi app to get confirmation that the driver would like to continue with the trip.

If you feel uncomfortable, you may notify the rider and cancel the trip.

Wear your face covering the whole time you are online.

Keep your window open to help increase air circulation in the car and turn off recycled air conditioning

During the drive-through test you will continue earning the time-based element of the fare

Clean internal and external surfaces of your car with disinfectant wipes

Unless a public health authority tells you differently, you do not need to self-isolate for taking a rider through a COVID-19 testing clinic

If a member of a public health authority contacts you due to COVID-19, please let us know (via help.driver@au.didiglobal.com). You may be eligible for financial assistance via DiDi’s Relief Fund.
